I know this is a longer story, but the pace works as always. The subtle sound effects in the background really work. A great listen.

Thank you, Deacon! I wish I could remember more about how this one came to be. I remember it was written during the old writing club, but I can’t remember if it was part of a challenge, or just, “Hey, have a story ready by our next meeting…”

I’ve never been totally sure about it, which I plan to discuss in the Behind the Cut episode about it. But sitting down with Cynthia and listening with her, I really came to love this one.
